PURPOSE

These terms govern the contracting of dog photography services offered by Alex Mesa through the Website www.alexmesa.co.

CONTRACTING PROCESS

The Interested Party may request information or book a dog photography session through the contact form on the Website or by email at love@alexmesa.co.

The contract shall be considered confirmed once the Interested Party has accepted the quotation and made full payment by bank transfer.

PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD

Service prices are displayed in euros (€), and it will be clearly indicated whether applicable taxes are included.

Payment shall be made by bank transfer. The necessary bank details will be provided to the Interested Party once the booking has been confirmed.

DELIVERY OF WORK

Photographs will be delivered in digital format via a download link. Additional products (photo books, prints, etc.) will be delivered to the postal address provided by the Interested Party. Approximate delivery times will be communicated during the contracting process.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation by the Interested Party, they shall be liable for all expenses incurred by Alex Mesa up to that moment.

If the session is postponed to a new date, the Interested Party agrees to cover any additional expenses that may arise (e.g., travel or logistical costs).

As this is a personalized service, no refunds will be issued once the service is contracted. Only date changes will be permitted, subject to Alex Mesa’s availability.

USE OF IMAGES

The Interested Party may use the photographs for personal and private purposes. Any commercial use will require prior written authorization from Alex Mesa and the payment of copyright fees.

ANIMAL LIABILITY

The Interested Party declares that they are solely responsible for the health, welfare, and behavior of the dog during the provision of the contracted photographic services.

Under no circumstances shall Alex Mesa be held liable for injuries, accidents, illnesses, adverse reactions, or any other incidents affecting the dog before, during, or after the photo session, even if such incidents occur at the session location or in connection with it.

The Interested Party undertakes to ensure that the dog is in suitable health and behavioral condition to participate in the session and expressly releases Alex Mesa from any claims arising from such circumstances.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE, SHIPPING AND RETURNS AT THE MINIMAL ART STORE

PURPOSE

These terms govern the purchase and shipping of artworks from The Minimal Art Store offered by Alex Mesa through the Website www.alexmesa.co.

FORMAT

All artworks are delivered framed and are available in two formats: minimal (35 x 35 cm) or maximal (50 x 50 cm)

To consult or receive the updated digital catalog for each season, the Interested Party may complete the Website contact form or send a request to love@alexmesa.co.

PURCHASE PROCESS

The Interested Party may request information or order an artwork through the Website contact form or by email at love@alexmesa.co.

The purchase shall be deemed confirmed once the Interested Party has accepted the quotation (which includes the technical specifications of the artwork and the corresponding shipping costs) and has made full payment by bank transfer.

Alex Mesa maintains a digital record of all transactions carried out by Interested Parties. This record shall be considered valid proof of the operations conducted between both parties.

PRICE AND PAYMENT METHOD

Artwork prices are displayed in euros (€), and it will be clearly indicated whether applicable taxes are included. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include shipping costs, which will be detailed in the invoice. Prices may be subject to change at any time.

SHIPPING

Artworks are shipped via certified mail and delivered within 10–30 days to the postal address provided by the Interested Party. Delivery times may vary depending on destination (national or international) and artwork availability.

In the event of an incident or unforeseen circumstance, whether attributable to Alex Mesa or to third parties, Alex Mesa undertakes to keep the Interested Party informed at all times.

For the purposes of these Terms, delivery shall be deemed to have taken place when the Interested Party or a third party authorized by them takes physical possession of the artwork, as evidenced by a signature and ID upon receipt at the delivery address.

WARRANTIES

If, at the time of delivery, the order shows any defect, flaw, or does not correspond to the requested artwork, the Interested Party must notify Alex Mesa immediately within 24 hours of receipt, by sending an email with details of the issue and photographic evidence to love@alexmesa.co.

Alex Mesa will respond with return instructions, and once the artwork is received, it will be thoroughly inspected. The Interested Party will then be informed whether a replacement or refund will be issued, depending on the case.

CANCELLATION

Once the Interested Party has confirmed the order by paying the full amount via bank transfer, cancellations are not permitted.

Alex Mesa reserves the right to cancel the order at any point in the process if deemed necessary.

RETURNS

Artworks are non-returnable.

USE OF ARTWORKS

The Interested Party may acquire artworks for personal and private purposes. Any commercial, advertising, or profit-oriented use requires prior written authorization from Alex Mesa and the payment of copyright fees.

 

SHARED LIABILITY

Interested Parties who acquire artworks from Alex Mesa in The Minimal Art Store for film, television, advertising, theater, podcasts, or other artistic productions agree to publicly acknowledge Alex Mesa (verbally or in written credits) as an integral part of their collaboration agreement.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF GIFT CARDS

PURPOSE

These terms govern the purchase and delivery of gift cards (digital and printed) for all products and services offered by Alex Mesa through the Website www.alexmesa.co.

FORMAT

Gift cards are available in two formats:

  • Digital Gift Card: sent by email to the address provided by the Interested Party.

  • Printed Gift Card: sent via certified mail to the postal address provided by the Interested Party.

PURCHASE PROCESS

The purchase shall be considered confirmed once the Interested Party has accepted the quotation and made full payment by bank transfer.

For the purposes of these Terms, delivery of the digital gift card shall be deemed to have taken place once it has been sent by email to the address provided by the Interested Party and a confirmation message has also been sent to them.

Printed gift cards are sent via certified mail and delivered within 10–20 days to the postal address provided by the Interested Party. Delivery times may vary depending on destination (national or international) and the Interested Party’s specific request. In the event of an incident or unforeseen circumstance, whether attributable to Alex Mesa or to third parties, Alex Mesa undertakes to keep the Interested Party informed at all times.

For the purposes of these Terms, delivery of the printed gift card shall be deemed to have taken place when the Interested Party or a third party authorized by them takes physical possession of the printed gift card, as evidenced by a signature and ID upon receipt at the delivery address.

RETURNS

Gift cards (digital or printed) are non-returnable as they are considered personalized products.
