If your sunset tradition is to have a swim together in the ocean and you would like me to document your stroll from home towards the beach, that’s what you will get. If your fav weekend plan is to arrange a home spa and bake some cookies, we will be moving from the bath to the kitchen and then to the living room. Locations are not a boundary, they are the vessels for magic to happen.

The ritual experiences are thoroughly thought for one human and one dog only to portrait with utmost detail, care and devotion your unique bond and your personal and non·transferable love story. If you look after more dogs and would love to design a pack of dogs ritual, drop me a line at love@alexmesa.co . That means you look after the most authentic doggy in the world and I cannot wait to meet him/her. This experience has nothing to do with modeling or studio·like photo sessions. Not even remotely. Unlearn everything you have seen about dog photography so far. There is no place for AI, forced posing, unreal photo editing, special visual effects nor sets, props, attrezzo or a photography studio. Here there is only room for capturing a little piece of your amazing and real life together — full of laughter, with messy hair, uncontrolled yawns, some tears and the eternal and never·ending animal love you two have for each other. 

Dogs are the only animal creatures who have stolen my heart by now. I feel so in tune around them. The harmony — being also a dog momma — is unbeatable. The connection happens immediately, despite the breed, the size or the age. But with pugs, as you already know, the level of love at first sight is just indomitable. All that said, I don’t discard horses, let’s see.

Your dog is perfect with all his/her imperfections. Truth is none of us — dogs or humans — are fond of strangers. They make us feel uncomfortable, we don’t know their intentions, we don’t understand their presence and we mistrust them just in case. For our journey together to be smooth, I created the “Dogs&Matchas” meetup — to create a safe space to meet each other calmly in person before the ritual. No pressure, no forced situation. Just lots of love, laughter and gifts. 

This is a very unpleasant situation no one wants to happen. But life rules and we all can have a family unexpected event or a vet emergency. I stand for radical honesty and individual responsibility. If the cancellation happens on your side — you cover the expenses until that minute and on the new date, you gladly accept to cover again the same extras, such as the travel fee. If it is me who cancels — hand on heart you have my word — I will go above and beyond to more than meet your expectations.

Both the Digital Gift Voucher and the Printed Gift Voucher have a 6·month segment of validity — this is not a whim. We all know that without boundaries, intention and momentum fade. If you received your Gift Voucher in the first half of the year (from January to June) — then you have until the end of the same year to save your date for your ritual or to order your prints, photobooks or artworks. If you got your Gift Voucher in the second half of the year (this means from July to December) — then you have until June next year to book your experience or place your order. And, as always, the sooner you get in touch with me and save your date, the more zen I can guarantee you availability.

Yes, always — Every artwork comes framed ready to become part of your space. The Minimal Art Store has 2 framing sizes ( minimal and maximal ) and every artwork comes with an intentionally expansive passepartout you are going to fall in love with. The frame and the passepartout colours are always in sync — Every artwork calls for a specific hue BUT if there is room for an alternative colour option, I will gladly offer it to you. Every piece is carefully prepared and protected with utmost love and care so that the journey doesn’t take away any of its beauty — If anyways the journey is rough and, despite my thorough packaging efforts, your artwork arrives damaged, please let me know as soon as you receive it to proceed with its replacement.

Not yet — I am starting off with Spain and as soon as I become a shipping master, I will gladly send my artwork to every corner of the world. As you can imagine, depending on the destination the shipping timing and fares will adjust accordingly. Do not worry about that because you will have all this logistics info before you make any investment.
