Our dog’s lives are so full of magic. They bring the non-verbal communication to another level of consciousness, love and presence. Documenting your rituals together is the only way I found so far to treasure your dog’s personality, mannerisms and magic whilst stopping time.
I am here to witness through my lens your unique bond and turn it into a piece of soulful art with utmost love so you can relive it over and over again and share it with your human family for generations to come.

A 30min informal conversation on Google Meet about the ritual you want me to document. We will cover the location, choose the date, share ideas and talk endlessly about your doggy.

04 · dogs & matchas meetup
This is my fav part: getting to know you and your doggy in person before the ritual, so we all feel comfy and happy around each other. I will be bringing with me my Polaroid camera for a cute snapshot and a gift bag with Gordito’s favourites made in Spain.
05 · the ritual day
I will show up excited and ready to document your ritual together without missing a beat. I will capture every inch of love, hand on heart.
06 · sneak peak
The day after, I will send you guys 3 teaser images whilst you wait for me to finish your full gallery so you can start spreading some animal love with friends and family on social media ! Don’t forget to tag me too.
07 · you've got a mail
Get cozy, grab your doggy and your favourite snacks because here is the final unveiling. Hop online to view your private online gallery and choose your pick. If you added optional extras such as prints or photobooks, they will be delivered at your door via mail.

As humans, we all have old photographs from our ancestors. We didn’t meet them all but somehow, through the pictures and the anecdotes we have been listening within the family, it feels we were lucky to know them. And soon it will be us the ones who tell the same anecdotes to the next generations so the remembrance of our roots, our origin as a family, remains alive.
From now onwards, our dogs deserve and have a place of honor in our family story too.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT RITUALS
HOW MANY LOCATIONS ARE INCLUDED IN EACH RITUAL ?
Locations do not matter here — the ritual itself does. If your sunset tradition is to have a swim together in the ocean and you would like me to document your stroll from home towards the beach, that’s what you will get. If your fav weekend plan is to arrange a home spa and bake some cookies, we will be moving from the bath to the kitchen and then to the living room. Locations are not a boundary, they are the vessels for magic to happen.
WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN ONE DOG? OR IF WE ARE MORE HUMANS ?
The ritual experiences are thoroughly thought for one human and one dog only to portrait with utmost detail, care and devotion your unique bond and your personal and non·transferable love story. WHAT IF MY DOG HAS ZERO MODELING SKILLS ?
That means you look after the most authentic doggy in the world and I cannot wait to meet him/her. This experience has nothing to do with modeling or studio·like photo sessions. Not even remotely. Unlearn everything you have seen about dog photography so far. There is no place for AI, forced posing, unreal photo editing, special visual effects nor sets, props, attrezzo or a photography studio. Here there is only room for capturing a little piece of your amazing and real life together — full of laughter, with messy hair, uncontrolled yawns, some tears and the eternal and never·ending animal love you two have for each other.
DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH OTHER ANIMALS SUCH AS CATS, BIRDS, HAMSTERS, HORSES…?
Dogs are the only animal creatures who have stolen my heart by now. I feel so in tune around them. The harmony — being also a dog momma — is unbeatable. The connection happens immediately, despite the breed, the size or the age. But with pugs, as you already know, the level of love at first sight is just indomitable. All that said, I don’t discard horses, let’s see.
WHAT IF MY DOG IS THIS WAY OR THAT WAY, DOES THIS OR DOES THAT ?
Your dog is perfect with all his/her imperfections. Truth is none of us — dogs or humans — are fond of strangers. They make us feel uncomfortable, we don’t know their intentions, we don’t understand their presence and we mistrust them just in case. For our journey together to be smooth, I created the “Dogs&Matchas” meetup — to create a safe space to meet each other calmly in person before the ritual. No pressure, no forced situation. Just lots of love, laughter and gifts.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PHOTO SESSION GETS LAST·MINUTE CANCELLED ?
This is a very unpleasant situation no one wants to happen. But life rules and we all can have a family unexpected event or a vet emergency. I stand for radical honesty and individual responsibility. If the cancellation happens on your side — you cover the expenses until that minute and on the new date, you gladly accept to cover again the same extras, such as the travel fee. If it is me who cancels — hand on heart you have my word — I will go above and beyond to more than meet your expectations.
WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF THE GIFT VOUCHER ?
Both the Digital Gift Voucher and the Printed Gift Voucher have a 6·month segment of validity — this is not a whim. We all know that without boundaries, intention and momentum fade. If you received your Gift Voucher in the first half of the year (from January to June) — then you have until the end of the same year to save your date for your ritual or to order your prints, photobooks or artworks. If you got your Gift Voucher in the second half of the year (this means from July to December) — then you have until June next year to book your experience or place your order. And, as always, the sooner you get in touch with me and save your date, the more zen I can guarantee you availability.
